Rahab's Rope Update

Hi Everyone,

I am exhausted just thinking about trying to keep up with God! As David Dass writes below, "This is the Harvest Season". God is blessing us so incredibly much, more than we could have ever imagined. I will copy to you a portion of his email today concerning our Sunday morning Worship Service at Rahab's Rope. God is truly drawing these women unto Himself. I am so honored to be a vessel He has chosen to use to be a part of this great time in the life of the women of India and I am so thankful to you for being a partner in this with us. Please continue to remember us in your prayers daily. Uphold our staff in India in prayer as they are truly overwhelmed at the response of the women. Please remember our medical team as they prepare to travel to India Feb. 3-12 and for David and I as we will be there from Feb. 3-21.

David Dass writes:
        "TODAY 27 WOMEN HAD COME TO RH FOR SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICE. I HAPPEN TO SHARE FROM ROMANS 6TH CHAPTER, ABOUT BAPTISM. EVEN THOUGH SEVERAL OF THEM WERE INTERESTED TO TAKE BAPTISM, 3 CAME FORWARD AND ASKED FOR BAPTISM, I THINK THAT BY THE TIME YOU COME, WE WILL HAVE SEVERAL WOMEN WILL BE COMMITTED TO TAKE BAPTISM, WHILE YOU ARE HERE, WE WILL HAVE BAPTISM FOR NEW BELIEVERS. WE ARE TEACHING THEM THE BELIEF OF NEW TESTAMENT CHURCH.

        TWO WOMEN HAVE SHARED THEIR TESTIMONY, ONE OF THEM IS A HIV+ VICTIM. TODAY AFTERNOON FIRST TIME THEY HAVE WATCHED JESUS FILM. TODAY SOMEONE FROM CHENNAI HAVE SHOWED US THE SOLAR POWERED/BATTERY TALKING NEW TESTAMENT, EACH COST $25, AT THIS POINT WE ARE IN NEED OF 50 TO 100 PIECES IN ORDER TO DISTRIBUTE TO THE CSW NEW BELIEVERS.

        PRAISE THE LORD, WE ARE EXPERIENCING HIS MIRACLES AND ABUNDANT GRACE!! THIS IS THE HARVEST SEASON, WHAT WE HAVE SOWN IN TEARS, NOW, WE ARE REAPING IN JOY!!!

In case you are wondering about the Solar Talking Bibles, remember they cannot read or write and they don't have money to buy batteries, machines or pay for electricity to run a machine, thus the need.

Thank you for all you do on behalf of all our workers in India, and especially the women that are receiving Christ and seeing His love in action. This is going to be an incredible year!
